Meet Debra

Greetings! I'm Debra, and I'm thrilled to have you here. With over three decades as an educator in primary schools, my passion for supporting children, young people, parents, and teachers on their mindfulness journey runs deep. I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation in enhancing lives and equipping us to navigate life's challenges.

I offer my programs across Sydney and the South Coast Regions of NSW.

As an advocate for mental health intervention, I firmly believe that empowering children with coping strategies at an early age lays the foundation for a healthier adulthood. Drawing on my extensive experience in various roles within the education sector, including Deputy Principal, Wellbeing Coordinator, and Learning and Support Teacher, I've guided and supported individuals through mental health, disabilities, and trauma.

My approach is characterized by openness, compassion, and a down-to-earth demeanor. Laughter, in my view, is a powerful tool, and I make sure to keep my inner child alive, a quality that proves invaluable in connecting with children.

I am unwavering in my belief that every child deserves the opportunity to acquire these vital life skills that will serve them well into adulthood. It's a source of immense pride for me to play a part in this journey.
